Friends are very welcome and the first session is FREE!

Unlike other group training facilities who encourage large groups, our small group training gives you near to one on one training at a fraction of the cost. The more weekly sessions you book, the more affordable your sessions become.

ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

One on one Personal Training is ideal for those with very specific needs (e.g. disabilities that require 100% attention, some rehabilitation and sports specific training) or for those uncomfortable training in a group.
